All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement that you will receive upon booking confirmation or when collecting your vehicle. In the event of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

3. Reservations and Payments
- Reservations can be arranged via our website, over the phone, or directly at our Belper office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses of rental vehicle:
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities or purposes. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in any hazardous conduct. Transporting dangerous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used as intended, adhering to passenger and weight limits. Additionally, driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Belper is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your rental in the past 12 months.
